Christmas activities

Today we had a day full of fun activities. I enjoyed making a bauble with my photo inside. We also did a secret santa I got a santa shoe full of treats. Merry Christmas 🎄 

Christmas party 2019

I had such a fun time at the Christmas party on Friday. I enjoyed all the food and dancing with my friends. I had a big smile on my face the whole day! Awesome way to end the year.

Hot chocolate

What a great morning we had, hot chocolates and biscuits in girls group this morning.

Reindeer

I have enjoyed listening to the reindeer head sing songs. I sing along with it too.

I really enjoy this session, here I am copying and tracing objects.

Christmas carols

today I joined in singing Christmas carols with my friends. I especially enjoyed rudolf the red nose reindeer!

Shaving foam pie

I found it very funny when one of the staff got a shaving foam pie to her face for her birthday.

Puzzle time

I had real fun this morning sorting through all of the puzzles to make sure they had all their pieces.
I love doing puzzles.

Happy halloween

This afternoon we had a Halloween disco! I dressed up as a witch! I enjoyed watching everyone dance to the scarey halloween music 🎃

Researching tomatoes

Today I researched on the computer how to look after tomato plants! I was very interested in the videos.

I really liked looking at this cook book during my cooking session. The pictures are fantastic.

Art and craft

Im enjoying sew my squares onto my bag.

Sensory

i had a really awesome time in sensory dressing up in all different costumes and listening to music.

Rainy day mosaics

What a wet day it is out side today! I spent the morning inside in front of the heat pump where I had a mosaic session. I observed what was going on and chatted happily with staff and friends 😁

KAREOKE

I Had a fabulous time entertaining my friends with Karaoke. I was singing along to songs from "Love to sing" I love being centre stage.

Gorgeous nails

today in girls group, I got my nails painted a very pretty colour of purple. I am also now really enjoying looking at the picture of my nails.

Music

i joined my music session and listened to Jimmy Barnes, I had a huge smile on my face.

Cutting

I am carefully cutting out pictures out of magazines.

Pulling faces

I was pulling faces today at lunchtime at the staff.

amazing gardens

Yesterday I went into the sensory room and watched some videos of New Zealand’s amazing gardens. They were very cool

Very happy today showing off my new shoes to my friends.

Spring onions

this afternoon in gardening my friend Tame gave me a spring onion from the garden. I decided to eat it raw and whole! The spring onion was crunchy on the inside and crunchy outside. Yum yum yum!

yesterday I was so excited when my mum and dad came to pick me up and take me out to lunch.

Tess the dog

Angela came to visit us about dog prevention and brought her dog Tess.

When you smile, makes me smile

I smile because Im Happy, I smile because I am free, I smile because Im totally enjoying myself, whether it be with the other clients or Staff, But I smile because I am ME!!!

Fun Friday

I had so much fun on Friday, I joined in with the music session.

Sensory/ Computer

Today in sensory /computer session I listened to animal noises and watched videos of different animals on YouTube. I enjoyed this session really much and laughed a lot.

Pink Ribbon Morning tea

Today we had pink ribbon morning tea Arohanui. We made pink scones and cup cakes for it, and drank pink fruit tea. 
Nicky came in to enjoy it with us and to see us all again. I had great chats with her, it was fab to see her.
